By accessing or using the ProtectPPC service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

ProtectPPC provides click fraud protection services for pay-per-click advertising campaigns. The Service includes:

• Real-time click fraud detection and analysis
• Automatic IP blocking and exclusion management
• Integration with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads
• Dashboard for monitoring and reporting
• API access (for eligible subscription tiers)

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Providing accurate and complete registration information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for extended periods.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to harm competitors or third parties
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

Subscription Plans: The Service is offered through various subscription tiers with different features and pricing. Billing is processed monthly through Stripe.

Pricing Model: You will be charged the greater of (a) the base monthly fee for your plan, or (b) the percentage of ad spend fee, as specified in your subscription.

Trial Period: New users may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required for the trial.

Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. After this period, subscription fees are non-refundable.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

You retain ownership of your data. We do not sell your data to third parties.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by ProtectPPC and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without explicit written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROTECTPPC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or errors
• Actions taken by third-party advertising platforms

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will detect or prevent all fraudulent clicks, or that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
